The Development and Partnership Team Leader leads a small, focused crew responsible for a single task or station. They provide clear, immediate direction to their team, whether it's running a fundraising game, assisting at the charity auction payment table, or ensuring a sponsor's booth has what it needs. They are responsible for their team's morale and effectiveness during their shift.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a small team of 2-5 volunteers during a specific shift.
Provide clear instructions on tasks like processing donations, explaining auction rules, or checking in sponsors.
Communicate any issues, supply needs, or team challenges up to the Supervisor.
Ensure their team provides excellent customer service to attendees and partners.
Act as a role model for professionalism and positive energy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
