Our Commitment
Furever Pawradise ("we", "us", "our") is a non-profit organization committed to furthering our mission. The funds we receive from event registrations, merchandise sales, and donations are critical to our operations. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds to ensure fairness to both our supporters and the organization. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
Annual Event Registration Refunds
This section applies to registration for our annual "Furever Pawradise" event. All deadlines are based on the officially scheduled start date of the event.

Full Refund: A full refund (minus processing fees ~4%) of the registration fee will be granted for cancellation requests received in writing more than 90 days prior to the event start date.

Partial Refund: A partial refund of 50% (minus processing fees ~4%) of the registration fee will be granted for cancellation requests received in writing between 31 and 90 days prior to the event start date.

No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received 30 days or less before the event start date. This includes the period after online registration has closed.

On-Site Registration: All registrations purchased on-site at the event are considered final and are non-refundable.

Registration Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to registration@fureverpawradise.ca at least 14 days prior to the event start date. A nominal administrative fee of $25.00 CAD may apply.

Merchandise Refunds
This section applies to all merchandise purchased from us, either online or in person.

Return Window: You may request a refund or exchange for merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition of Items: All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, use, or damage.

Approval Required: All merchandise refunds are subject to inspection and final approval by a Merchandising Supervisor.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Final Sale: Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Donations
As a registered non-profit organization, we rely on the generosity of our supporters. Donations are used to fund our programs and mission-critical operations. In accordance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines, donations are generally not refundable. If you have made a donation in error, please contact our finance department at finance@fureverpawradise.ca within 48 hours to discuss your situation.
Event Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that Furever Pawradise is forced to cancel the annual event, we will notify all registered attendees as soon as possible. In this case, registered attendees will be offered a full refund of their registration fee. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Please allow 7-10 business days for our team to process your request. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
