Order Processing
All orders are processed within 10 - 15 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons and holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)
We offer the following shipping options for our Canadian customers through Canada Post:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your location. Free standard shipping is available for all Canadian orders over $100.
Shipping to the United States
For our customers in the United States, we offer the following shipping options via Canada Post and their U.S. partners:

Please be aware that customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the total at checkout.
International Shipping
Furever Pawradise is pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. The following options are available through Canada Post:

  • Economical option for small, lightweight items (no tracking)
 
Tracked Packet™ International
  • 6-12 business days
  • Tracking included, Up to $100 liability coverage
 
International Parcel Air
  • 10-15 business days

Xpresspost™ International
  • 4-7 business days
  • Tracking included, On-time delivery guarantee, Up to $100 liability coverage

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, and taxes levied by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the Canada Post website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, please include a photo of the product and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly. Furever Pawradise is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, and carrier operational backlogs.

  • Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Ontario, Canada.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
