This application is for individuals who are passionate about Furever Pawradise's mission and wish to contribute their skills to the event's success without a specific pre-defined role in mind. As a General Team Member, you are the friendly, helpful, and professional face of the event. You will be assigned to a department based on your skills, interests, and the operational needs of the event. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with your assigned team to complete tasks and achieve departmental goals.
Act as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for attendees, providing information and assistance with a positive attitude.
Uphold all event policies, including the Code of Conduct and Health & Safety Policy, leading by example.
Communicate clearly with your Team Leader and fellow staff members, both in-person and via official channels like Microsoft Teams and radio.
Adhere to your scheduled shifts and demonstrate punctuality and reliability.
Assist with the setup, execution, and tear-down of your department's operational areas as required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from leadership.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Beneficial Skills
Previous volunteer experience at conventions or large-scale events.
Customer service experience.
Specific technical or creative skills (please specify in your application, e.g., graphic design, A/V tech, first aid certification, etc.).
