As a Guest Experience Team Member, you are the first official welcome that most attendees receive at Furever Pawradise. Working at the Registration or Information Desk, your primary role is to provide friendly, efficient, and helpful service. Whether you're scanning a ticket and printing a badge or providing directions to a panel, your positive interaction sets the tone for an attendee's entire weekend.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Greet attendees warmly and professionally.
Process registrations by scanning tickets, verifying information, and printing badges using the provided software and hardware.
Answer general questions about the event schedule, layout, and policies.
Handle on-site ticket sales and process payments accurately.
Keep your workstation tidy and well-stocked.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to be helpful and provide a positive experience.
Friendly & Patient: A consistently positive and patient demeanor, even during busy periods.
Tech-Comfortable: Able to learn and use registration software and hardware with ease.
Reliability: Punctual and committed to completing assigned shifts.
Beneficial Skills
Experience in a retail, cashier, or receptionist role.
Fluency in languages other than English.
