About the Role
The Media and Brand Team Leader guides a small, specialized crew during a specific shift or assignment. They might lead a team of photographers covering a specific event like the fursuit parade, direct a videographer for an interview, or manage a single shift at the merchandise booth. They provide focus and clear direction to ensure their team's specific creative or retail goal is met.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a small team of photographers, content creators, or merchandise sales staff.
Provide clear creative direction or operational instructions to the team.
Ensure the team has the necessary equipment and supplies for their task.
Communicate progress and any challenges back to the Supervisor.
Manage the cash float and end-of-shift reconciliation for a merchandise booth shift.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Leadership Potential: Ability to direct and motivate creative or sales-oriented peers.
Specific Skill: Strong personal skill in the team's area of focus (e.g., a good photographer leading photographers).
Reliability: Dependable and focused on completing the assigned task to a high standard.
Clear Communication: Can provide simple, effective creative or operational feedback.
Beneficial Skills
Experience as a lead cashier or key holder.
Experience directing small photo or video shoots.
