
About the Role
As a member of the Risk Management and Personnel team, you are a "staff for the staff." Your role is to provide friendly and efficient support to your fellow volunteers from the Volunteer Services desk. You'll help them check in for their shifts, provide them with necessary information, and assist in maintaining the staff lounge as a positive space for them to rest and recharge.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Staff the Volunteer Services desk, greeting all volunteers warmly.
Check volunteers in and out for their shifts using the provided system.
Distribute staff packages, badges, or other materials as required.
Answer questions from volunteers and direct them to the appropriate resources.
Assist with keeping the staff lounge tidy and stocked.

Friendly & Approachable: A welcoming and helpful demeanor.
Organized: Able to follow procedures accurately and keep information straight.
Team Player: Works well with the Volunteer Services team to support all staff.
Discretion: Handles any staff information or concerns professionally.
