About the Role
As a Strategic Partners Team Member, your role is to directly support the artists and dealers who form the creative heart of our event. You are a helpful and friendly resource within the Dealers Den and Artist Alley. You might be helping a dealer find their table during setup, providing an artist with a bottle of water, or simply being a friendly face they can turn to for help, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the vendor check-in process, helping vendors get their badges and information packages.
Help vendors locate their tables and answer questions about the layout and amenities.
Provide on-site support to vendors, such as watching a table for a short break or fetching water.
Help maintain clear and safe pathways within the vendor hall.
Follow all instructions from your Team Leader to ensure a positive vendor experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Helpful & Friendly: A positive, approachable, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
Team Player: Works well with a team to provide comprehensive support.
Reliability: Punctual and committed to helping our partners throughout your shift.
Good Communicator: Able to listen to vendor needs and provide clear information.
Beneficial Skills
Experience working in retail or at an art fair/market.
A passion for supporting artists and small businesses.
