About the Role
The Strategic Partners Team Leader guides a small crew with a specific mission to support our vendors. They might lead the team managing the check-in process for all dealers, a "runner" team that provides water and break support to artists, or a crew dedicated to ensuring the vendor hall remains clear and safe. They provide clear direction and ensure their team delivers excellent, proactive service to our partners.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a small team focused on a specific task like vendor check-in or on-floor support.
Provide clear instructions on procedures and the team's area of responsibility.
Communicate any vendor concerns or logistical issues up to the Supervisor.
Act as a role model for providing friendly, helpful, and professional support to all artists and dealers.
Ensure their team completes all assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
